Though the company initially started in 2017 as a family owned.

Keshav Flexipack is a Private Limited Company incorporated in 2017. Having all latest automated plant and machineries, and state-of-the-art testing and R&D facility to ensure right quality and standard to be maintained at every stage of operation.

The total investment is around 250 Million INR and company.

The installed capacity of the group as on February, 2022 is approx. 2500 metric tons per annum, and planning to expand up to 6000 metric tons per annum by FY23 and 12000 metric tons per annum by FY25.

Currently the company is certified with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and ISO 22000:2018 (FSMS). Further, the company is planning to acquire more stringent and globally accepted certifications viz. BRC - as global food safety initiative and SEDEX - empowering ethical supply chains.

Future Planning
  • High Speed Flexo Printing Press with UV coating.
  • Imported Ultra High speed ELS gravure Printing Press with defect detection system from ABT.
  • 5 Layer Poly Plant which can produce minimum 1 micron barrier layer PA6 / EVOH having an ability to produce 18 micron barrier films to replace traditional high GSM 3 layer lamination Polyfilm.
  • Tandem Extrusion Lamination with Auto Die from EDI and Auto gauging. Resulting in excellent lamination with minimum gsm variation and flat films.
  • Mocon WVTR / OTR Lab.
